Sales Executive (Aruba)

About the role

Bocobay, an established luxury property management company planning to grow across the Caribbean, is looking for a confident, well-connected Sales Executive to help expand its portfolio in Aruba. You will build relationships with villa and condo owners, developers and real estate professionals, explaining how Bocobay's property management and specialist marketing can support their goals. No traditional sales background is required; what matters is the ability to build trust, identify opportunities and follow through.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities with luxury property owners, developers and real estate agents.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across Aruba's property market.
• Meet prospective partners, understand their goals and present the value of Bocobay's property management and marketing.
• Guide prospects through the acquisition process, from first conversation to signing.
• Represent Bocobay locally and make sure every interaction reflects the promised level of service.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline, keep clear records of opportunities and work toward agreed growth targets.

Required profile

• Natural relationship builder who communicates confidently and earns trust.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Aruba's property market, ideally with connections among local property owners, developers or real estate professionals.
• Proactive approach to finding leads, following up and turning conversations into opportunities.
• Confidence to work independently, organise your own schedule and stay focused on results.
• Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
• Sales or business development experience is an advantage; Dutch, Spanish or Papiamento is an asset.
