Café Leader

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Café Leader to oversee daily operations of our café in Oranjestad. You will ensure a high‑standard customer experience while managing a multicultural team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and staff.
• Operate and manage the POS system and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare work schedules and department timesheets, ensuring timely submission to HR.
• Monitor café supplies, hygiene, and food‑safety standards.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and maintain accurate operational reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Assist with lifting and transporting café supplies and food items.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Leadership and communication abilities.
• Basic budgeting and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
