Catering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to lead and enhance the operational efficiency of our Sky Dining and Culinary Solutions in Aruba. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality service across airport and airline catering operations while driving business growth and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with the Cluster GM, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term goals and strategies in collaboration with the Cluster General Manager.
• Design, implement, and monitor safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Improve organizational processes to increase internal capacity and efficiency.
• Lead strategic and operational initiatives, including profit generation, new business development, and product portfolio expansion.
• Manage the monthly P&L for airline, airport dining, and culinary operations, meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Analyze operating costs and sales reports to devise strategies for cost control, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.
