Operations Manager (Aruba)

About the role

Bocobay combines tech-powered hospitality service with well-designed accommodation in a single, seamlessly managed experience. As Operations Manager you deliver 5-star guest experiences across its Aruban portfolio, working from an office near Palm Beach and in the field. You cover the full operational cycle, from arrivals and departures to housekeeping, maintenance, supplier performance, inventories, keys and property standards, and you lead the on-island team leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations so every arrival, stay and departure meets standards
• Lead and develop the Customer Experience, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Front Desk leads
• Build, document and continuously improve team processes
• Manage operational costs and owner billing, and flag commercial risks early
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers such as laundry, landscaping and contractors
• Onboard new properties operationally, from inventories and photography to the first guests
• Work with the global pricing, guest communications and client relations teams

Required profile

• Several years of experience running a hospitality, property or service operation, ideally with responsibility for a team of teams
• Direct responsibility for operational costs or a P&L in a previous role
• Hands-on operator, organized, detail-oriented and able to solve problems independently
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Dutch or Papiamento is a strong plus
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and right to work in Aruba
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
