Client Relations Manager (Aruba)

About the role

Bocobay, a hospitality brand launched in Aruba in 2020 and now present in Curaçao, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, is looking for a third person to join its client relations team in Aruba. The role ensures that homeowners are as satisfied as guests, by keeping their properties well cared for and delivering strong commercial results. You will act as the owners' representative, with their interests at the centre of everything.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for homeowners and build strong personal relationships with them
• Become the resident expert on all properties under your management, visiting them frequently
• Coordinate with other teams to guarantee a high level of service for homeowners
• Drive the commercial delivery of the properties under your management
• Update internal systems such as CRMs and databases so other teams stay informed about homeowners and their properties

Required profile

• Past experience in a client-facing role and responsibility for commercial delivery
• Ability to build trust quickly with internal and external stakeholders
• A high degree of ownership and attention to detail
• Fluency in English is a must; Dutch, Spanish or Papiementu is a bonus
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to use a personal car for work travel (travel is reimbursed)

The company describes the posting as a minimum viable product, with room to shape operations in Aruba and grow with the company. Because hospitality hours can be long and unpredictable during peak times, the role is not strictly 9-to-5, though flexible hours are possible during quieter periods.
