About the role

Key responsibilities

• Take part in executing work with a compliance team, delivering it in a timely and effective way.
• Work with the tax team to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
• Research tax positions and apply them to specific client needs.
• Determine the information needed to complete accurate tax compliance products within budget, and plan how to gather and communicate it.
• Adapt to challenges in the compliance process and provide high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
• Keep up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client relationships.
• Learn EY methodologies and tools, share work status with teammates, seek assignments and look for new ways to deliver tax services.

Required profile

• Master's degree in tax law or fiscal economics.
• Any related work experience is an asset.
• Commitment to learning in a tax technology environment.
• Curious, an active learner, open to new ideas, and able to keep client information confidential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
